Paint damage restored in Knighton
Paint damage restored in Knighton. Peter spent this morning working on a nice people carrier suffering from the effects of an enthusiastic gardener. Who remembers the nice dry summer days we had earlier in the year? Well on one of these rare days a gardened took advantage of the pause in the rain to use their new fence spraying gadget. Now let me start by saying that the fence looks good.
BUT one of the things they do not make so clear on the wonderful TV ads, is that the fine brown droplets have a tendancy to drift and, you guessed it, there was this nice pale blue people carrier in the line of fire.
Not wishing to let their partner see the damage they set about removing the many brown spots even though it had now started to rain. As the usual cleaning kit did not seem to be doing the business a trip to the kitchen resulted in a hand clutching a non-stick pan scourer. While the car was still wet the result looked good, but when the sun came out the high gloss finish had been reduced to an ‘interesting’ mat finish.
Peter to the rescue. Armed with a range of tools and finishing products the car looked better than new 4 to 5 hours later and the value of the car was restored with the gloss of the the paintwork and no one need ever know, especially the salesman who values the car at trade in. All for a lot less than a full re-spray.
If this happens to you, rather than damage the paint then why not call Peter first and see if he can save you some effort and soul searching.
It is amazing what Peter can do for the paintwork of your car (and other painted objects),so give him a call on 07802 685 869 and he will try and help.
