Yesterday I repaired an alloy wheel and a couple of bits of paintwork for the friend of an old Customer and Alan was good enough to send an email later in the day:

Your work to repair my alloy and scratch caused by idiot traffic wardens or those not brave enough to apologise have been superbly fixed ,and at such a brilliant price. By helping out with my step daughters scratch as “part of the service” has been really appreciated.
