A Typical Day?
A Typical Day?
Tuesday was not untypical, well for the time of year anyway:
1 – removed ice from van windows
2 – meet customer to look at car before they went to work, booked in repair
3 – arrived at appointed time to start repair on Saab 9-3 that has backed into a low bollard and badly damaged the lower section of the rear bumper
4 – straightened most of the plastic section and re-attached moulding where the mounting clips had been broken, filler and flatted repair area
5 – sat in van while the rain blew over
6 – applied primer
7 – mixed and applied paint
8 – mixed and applied clear coat
9 – polished area and cleaned up
10 – drove across town to quote then discussed damage on another car I was unable to repair. Provided a solution based on local knowledge built up over almost 10 years in the business.
